How long does a piece take to ship?

Stock pieces ship insured within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces typically take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We'll always confirm a precise timeline at the time of order.

Do you offer bespoke and custom commissions?

Yes. We work on bespoke commissions by appointment — engagement rings, anniversary pieces, and one-of-a-kind designs. Reach the studio at hello@raquelroche.com to begin.

Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?

Every diamond we set is conflict-free and Kimberley Process certified. Our colored gemstones are sourced from cutters and suppliers we've worked with for years and who share our standards.

Can I resize a ring after purchase?

Yes. The first resizing is included with every Raquel Roche ring. Subsequent resizings are charged at material cost only.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship insured worldwide. Duties and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout and paid by the recipient on delivery.

What is your return policy?

Stock pieces can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Custom and bespoke commissions are final sale once production has begun. Full details on our shipping and returns pages.

Do you appraise jewelry?

Every piece valued over $1,500 ships with an independent insurance appraisal. We're happy to provide updated appraisals on request.

What metals do you work in?

Most of our work is in 18K and 14K yellow, white, and rose gold, and platinum. We can produce in 10K and palladium on request.
