You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. All content — including photography, copy, and designs — is the property of Raquel Roche and protected by copyright.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors. Bespoke commissions are subject to a separate written agreement.

Warranty

Every Raquel Roche piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, or theft.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raquel Roche is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or its products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
