Domestic shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary insured shipping on every order within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via FedEx with signature confirmation.

International shipping

We ship insured to most countries worldwide via FedEx International Priority. International orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid by the recipient on delivery.

Made-to-order & bespoke pieces

Made-to-order and bespoke commissions typically take 4–8 weeks to complete depending on complexity. We will confirm a precise timeline at the time of order and update you at every stage of production.

Insurance & signature

Every package is fully insured for the value of its contents and requires a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign.
