Stock pieces

Stock pieces may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the piece is unworn and accompanied by its original packaging and certificate.

Custom & bespoke commissions

Custom and bespoke commissions are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale once production has begun. We are happy to discuss adjustments at any point during the design phase.

How to return a piece

1. Email hello@raquelroche.com to begin a return — include your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid, fully-insured return label.
3. Pack the piece in its original packaging and ship within 14 days.
4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange any stock piece within 30 days. Bespoke and custom pieces cannot be exchanged.

Resizing & care

First resizings are complimentary. Subsequent resizings, polishing, cleaning, and minor repairs are offered at material cost only — for the lifetime of your piece.
